iFarm Combined has been revitalised with a new, user-friendly online experience. Recognising the importance of seamless digital interactions, we made positive changes to our platform to ensure a smoother, more efficient digital experience.

• Recruitment

We have strengthened our team by bringing on board new staff with a wealth of experience and expertise.

• Improved Service Levels

We have made significant strides in in service delivery. The time it takes to process and turn around business has been cut dramatically, with the majority now taking approximately 24 to 48 hours, from submission.

 Positively Transparent

iFarm is back and better than ever. We have listened. We have learned. We have evolved. Our renewed commitment to delivering a top-notch service is illustrated by our emergence as stronger and more customer-focused than ever before.
